Client experiences working with Ellie:

Previous organizational development and training engagements have:

  • Increased program enrollment - An education client aimed to increase enrollment of a high-needs population in a work-based learning program. Surveying team members, analyzing and synthesizing the data, and accurately defining the problem before taking action made effective use of resources, made employees feel heard and understood, and resulted in the right interventions that hit exceeded the enrollment goal.

  • Created playbooks and organizational processes - a small nonprofit was navigating decentralizing its leadership after its founder exited. Defining and documenting roles, and describing processes and governance practices in a handbook supported accountability, participation, and workflow across a remote, international team.

  • Equipped staff - a mid-sized disability services organization wanted to train their employees to create empowering personal narratives and be capable of demonstrating the cycle of change to the clients they supported in their transitions to independent living. A curriculum centered on the hero’s journey monomyth and personal narrative development supported this objective in a powerful and creative way.

  • Educated students - An academic partner wanted to communicate the complex science of a municipal disaster to children in an age-appropriate and empowering way. A training series helped academics use recognizable local leaders, narrative, and developmentally appropriate content to create an assembly series for elementary and middle school children.
